• To use, simply wrap the collar around pet’s neck. Pull the collar strap through the buckle and insert pin into one of the holes. Once the pin is secured, insert the rest of the strap into the buckle gap so that the strap sits between your pet’s neck and the collar. Align strap with the collar, and slip on a metal loop to secure.
