Swiss Stone Pine is a semi-hard cheese from Gntensperger Dairy, an old family-owned cheese dairy based in Toggenburg, Switzerland. With a German name meaning “Pine Queen”, its a Semi-hard cheese just aged for 3 months peppered with pine leaves from trees in the high altitude of the alps.
Refreshing, brothy and unique, it is a mild creamy cheese filled with fresh herbaceous tones, hits of pine blossom and deep savory, woody notes, akin to a mix of rosemary and thyme.
