Utrecht Vert-olive is a Gouda aged for a minimum of 12 months made in the polder region not far from the city of Utrecht.
FLAVOR: It has the taste and aroma of a Gouda with a subtle crunch of salt that makes it irresistible. Its color comes from the addition of a green pesto made with basil, garlic, pine nuts, fenugreek
HOW TO TASTE IT: Perfect on a platter, you can also use it to enhance the flavor of any your favorite recipes. It goes well with a Belgian beer, a white wine like Chardonnay or a Cabernet Sauvignon.
